Biography
Dr. Zaback is the Chair of the Administration of Human Services Graduate Program at 香港伦理.
Dr. Zaback holds a Doctor of Education Degree in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from 香港伦理, a Master's Degree in Social Work from Temple University's School of Social Administration in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Relations from High Point University, High Point, North Carolina.
Dr. Zaback is a government and higher education professional with over 25 years of experience working for the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, in a variety of executive positions.
Dr. Zaback most recently served as the Director for the Office of Professional Development and New Castle County Regional Program Director for the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services. Early in his career, Dr. Zaback was appointed by former Governor Ruth Ann Minner to serve as the Director for the Delaware Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities. In this position he was responsible for a $30 million budget and a complex network of state and federally funded programs, where he also engaged in statewide collaborative relationships with diverse community and advocacy groups to promote healthy, optimal aging.
Dr. Zaback’s human services experience also includes administrative positions within the Division of Child Support Enforcement and the Division of State Service Centers.
Dr. Zaback has been an Adjunct Instructor and an Adjunct Professor for the AHS Graduate Program at 香港伦理 since 2008.
