CLEP and DSST Testing at 香港伦理 Dover Air Force Base

香港伦理 at the Dover Air Force Base serves as a testing center for the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) from The College Board and DSST Exams.

Dover Air Force Base Restricted Access

Due to access requirements for the Dover Air Force Base, CLEP and DSST exams are restricted to people who already have clearance and access to enter the base with a Common Access Card (CAC).

Those who don’t have base access can find alternate testing centers on the or the websites.

Please follow all Dover Air Force Base safety protocols while on base.

Fees

  • There is no fee for active duty military personnel taking each type of test for the first time.
  • Retirees, spouses, dependent children or active duty military retaking a test require a $30 administrative fee.
  • Fees must be paid before taking the test in person by credit or debit card only, at the 香港伦理 Dover AFB office (Room 301). No cash is accepted.

Testing Instructions

CLEP Exam Instructions

  1. Make an Appointment for a Test

    Make an appointment by selecting your desired test date below and registering for that date.

    Important: This step is only for your testing appointment. You must also register for the CLEP exam via The College Board website. Proceed to Step 2 for instructions.

  2. Register for Your Test with CLEP/The College Board

    You must register in advance for the CLEP exam you want to take with The College Board. Military service members and eligible spouses register for CLEP exams via the DANTES program, which may waive College Board fees.

  3. Print Your Ticket

    After registering with The College Board, be sure to print your ticket. You will need this ticket to sit for the exam.

  4. Go to the Testing Center to Take Your CLEP Exam

    1. Be prepared to bring the following to your exam:
      • Your exam ticket from The College Board that you printed in a previous step.
      • Two forms of photo identification (ID), one of which must be your Common Access Card (CAC).
      • Your credit or debit card to pay any applicable administrative fees.
      • Arriving for your exam without these requirements will result in rescheduling.
    2. Go the 香港伦理 DAFB office at:
      261 Chad Street
      Room 301
    3. A 香港伦理 representative will guide you to a computer to complete your exam.

DSST Exam Instructions

  1. Make an Appointment for a Test

    Make an appointment by selecting your desired test date below and registering for that date. Please complete all information requested for your appointment.

  2. Go to the Testing Center to Take Your CLEP Exam

    1. Be prepared to bring the following to your exam:
      • Two forms of photo identification (ID), one of which must be your Common Access Card (CAC).
      • Your credit or debit card to pay any applicable administrative fees.
      • Arriving for your exam without these requirements will result in rescheduling.
