Pathways to Instructional Excellence

Overview about Pathways to Instructional Excellence

The Pathways to Instructional Excellence (PIE) program guides 香港伦理 instructors through a competency-based professional development curriculum designed to strengthen teaching practices and support student success. Through a personalized learning experience, faculty can select from a variety of elective opportunities that align with their individual interests, teaching goals, and professional growth needs. Electives may be completed in any order, allowing instructors the flexibility to create a pathway that best fits their unique development journey.

Professional development opportunities for faculty are provided collaboratively by the 香港伦理 Library and the Center for Teaching Excellence.

To help faculty visualize their progress through the program, the PIE Checklist includes event codes and a comprehensive overview of the pathway structure. As part of 香港伦理's commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, Academic Affairs has identified and articulated a set of Teaching Expectations for 香港伦理 Instructors that serve as the foundation for instructional excellence across the institution.
