Students transferring their SEVIS record from another school in the U.S. are not held to these deadlines.
*International student admission to Block 2 is reviewed on a case by case basis and is not available to students who do not meet certain requirements including but not limited to: applicants must be currently attending an institution in the U.S. and able to provide minimum English proficiency to be waived from all ESL courses.

Affidavit of Support (must be signed and dated within 6 months of admission)

Bank Statement (minimum funds $23,550, must be within 6 months of admission)

Proof of Language Proficiency: TOEFL, TOEFL Essentials, IELTS, PTE, or Duo Lingo scores. Your eligibility for admission is based on these scores and you may be placed into mandatory English courses based on these scores. You can check the full ESL policy for further information.
- Immunization Record (proof of measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccination)

Official Transcript Evaluation is required if educated outside of the U.S. or a U.S. territory (must be original). The agency must be a member of the accreditation group (General report for High School, Detailed or Course-By-Course Report with GPA for college or university – Masters students must have an equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in the US; Doctorate students must have the equivalent of a Master's degree in the US). An evaluation is also required for any of the following circumstances:
- An international high school diploma
- A higher education institution transcript from a non-US institution
- An institution not recognized by the Department of Education or an approved accrediting body
- Immunization Record (proof of measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccination)

- Proof of Language Proficiency: ESL courses are not offered in an online format. Because of this, international students attending online from overseas much score high enough to be exempt from all ESL courses. Please see the ESL policy to review the required scores.
